Membership Application

Start the application process of becoming an eWASA member by selecting the appropriate membership category

Membership Fees

All membership fees are per annum and include VAT

Producer Members:

For Producers:

  1. Submit Application: Complete and send in your membership application form.
  2. Review & Sign Documents: eWASA will provide both an SLA and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to complete.
  3. Logo Submission: Provide your company logo for inclusion on eWASA’s website.
  4. Welcome Pack: Once onboarding is complete, you’ll receive:
    • Sector Declaration Templates
    • eWASA Logo
    • Membership Certificate
    • Code of Ethics

 

Compliance Certificate Issued When:

  • Registered with SAWIC
  • Registered as an eWASA member
  • Submitted 5-year forecast per registered sector
  • EPR payments are up-to-date
  • SLA signed for at least 12 months

Waste Management Companies:

Membership Application Process for Waste Management/Recyclers:

  1. Submit Application: Complete and send in your membership application form.
  2. Payment Proof: Provide payment confirmation based on your company’s employee tier + R500 application fee.
  3. Sign SLA: eWASA will provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for you to complete.
  4. Onboarding Finalised: Once accepted, receive your welcome pack, which includes:
    • eWASA Logo
    • Membership Certificate
    • Code of Ethics
    • Reporting Pack
